A Complementary Color Is Clearly Black And White

This is a color that is opposite of a color on the color wheel.  One of the basic things an artist has to know. I remember learning this the first few years in art class.  My senior year, I took housing and design. We learned the different styles of houses and how to coordinate colors in different rooms of the house.  I did ok, but ended up with a B average for the whole semester.
To be honest, I would never make it as Martha Steward's assistant. My strength has been paper.  I love the canvas and all the colors to create with.  Acrylics and Oils are wonderful.  I didn't start watercolor pencil until later in my life and well, my strength is just regular graphite pencil.  I loved to sketch throughout school in study hall when all my work was done.
I have enjoyed my talent and love sharing it with others.  For about a year now, I have lost my desire to create again.  Their was a certain person who believed in what I did and found a spark within me.  I haven't seen him since 2011.  I don't know if he ever believed me or not but he gave me inspiration.   Now I find it when I can, if at all.
I know I use a lot of songs on my blogs, there is one I remember that Christopher Cross sang that paints a beautiful picture of an artist mind.  Inner Strength and Beauty that lies within.
I hope and pray that someday he will believe that he brought it out in me.

The Best Animation For A Laugh Bar-None!

Growing up, one of my fondest memories was watching Looney Tunes every Saturday morning.  There are so many of them from Warner Brothers, I can't even begin to state my favorites.
Of course animation has improved and become more computerized.  The Looney Tunes were like so many in the early years, all hand drawn , no better art than that!     These will always be Classics!
I found just a sample on You Tube and thank the person for putting it together.
 I hope you enjoy!
